Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a floor-based treatment performed on a comfortable mat, allowing for full-body movement, deep stretching, and grounding. You’ll be guided through a deeply restorative experience that combines oil massage, assisted yoga postures, and synchronized breathwork.
We use warm, herbal-infused oils blended with calamus root powder—a traditional Ayurvedic herb known for its stimulating, detoxifying, and skin-rejuvenating properties. The use of calamus helps awaken circulation, exfoliate the skin, and support the body’s natural detox process.
Each session begins with slow, deep strokes to relax the body and open energy channels, followed by gentle, assisted stretches tailored to your flexibility. Breath is integrated throughout the treatment to deepen the experience and invite presence. Expect to leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply connected—body, mind, and spirit.
