Find Your Rythm
A 1:1 space for reflection, change and finding your own way forward.
Sometimes we know something needs to change, but we don't quite know what. We might feel stuck between different versions of our lives. We might know what everyone else thinks we should do, but have lost touch with what we actually want. Or life might simply have become so busy, noisy or full that there hasn't been much room to stop and listen. Find Your Rhythm is a space to do exactly that.
It isn't about fixing you, giving you a formula to follow or telling you what your life should look like. It's about creating enough space to slow things down, get curious about what's happening and begin discovering what works for you.
What is Find Your Rhythm?
Find Your Rhythm is an individual reflective work shaped around the person sitting in front of me. We start with where you are. You might be navigating a change, questioning the direction you're heading in, struggling to make a decision, wanting more confidence in yourself, trying to create better balance, or simply feeling that something isn't quite fitting anymore. You don't need to arrive with a perfectly formed goal. We can find that together.
Through conversation, questions, reflection and experiential practices, we'll begin exploring what's underneath the noise the patterns you fall into, the things that energise you, what gets in your way and what helps you feel most like yourself. Rather than asking “What should I be doing?”, we might start asking: What actually works for me?
Why “rhythm”?
Because I don't believe there is one right way to live, work, rest, create or change.
Some people find clarity through stillness.
Others find it through movement.
Some people need structure.
Others need space.
One person might discover that meditation helps them settle their mind. Someone else might find exactly the same quality of presence while walking, making something, playing music, training or being outdoors. The interesting question isn't whether you're doing it the “right” way. It's what brings you back into relationship with yourself.
That's your rhythm.
And rhythms change.
Different seasons of life ask different things from us. Find Your Rhythm isn't about constructing the perfect routine and sticking to it forever. It's about becoming better at noticing what you need, what matters and when something no longer fits.
What happens in a session?
There isn't a script that every client follows. We'll usually begin by talking about what's happening for you and what you'd like to explore. I'll ask questions, reflect things back and sometimes gently challenge you to look at something from another angle. Depending on you and what emerges, we might also experiment with practices involving:
-
sound and listening
-
meditation and attention
-
movement
-
body awareness
-
creativity
-
bespoke rituals
-
time outdoors
-
journalling or reflective exercises
-
small experiments to try between sessions
These aren't tasks to complete perfectly. They're ways of discovering more about yourself. Something that works brilliantly for one person might be completely wrong for another and finding that out is useful too.
This isn't about becoming a “better” version of yourself
There is already plenty of pressure telling us to optimise ourselves.
Be more productive.
More disciplined.
More successful.
More positive.
More certain.
Find Your Rhythm isn't another version of that. Sometimes progress might mean taking action. Sometimes it might mean finally stopping. It could mean making a decision you've been avoiding, experimenting with something unfamiliar, recognising a pattern, putting a boundary somewhere, reconnecting with creativity or simply allowing yourself not to have everything figured out yet. The aim isn't perfection. It's greater awareness, choice and trust in your own ability to navigate what comes next.
Why work with me?
My work with people didn't begin with Find Your Rhythm. For many years I've worked alongside people experiencing change, uncertainty, trauma and difficult periods of life. That experience taught me something important: people rarely need somebody else to swoop in with all the answers.
Often, the most powerful work happens when someone has the right space, the right questions and enough safety to discover their own.
My work through Soniarus Sounds has deepened that understanding in another direction. Sound, bodywork, meditation and embodied practices have shown me that we don't understand ourselves through thinking alone. Sometimes something becomes clearer when we stop talking for a moment and experience it. Find Your Rhythm brings those threads together.
I'm curious about the whole person in front of me not just the problem they've arrived with.
Who is it for?
You don't need to be in crisis to come. Find Your Rhythm might suit you if you're:
At a crossroads and unsure which direction to take.
Going through change and trying to work out who you are within it.
Overthinking and finding that asking everybody else's opinion is making things less clear rather than more.
Feeling stuck even though, from the outside, life might look perfectly fine.
Wanting more confidence in your own decisions.
Curious about meditation, presence or flow, but haven't found an approach that feels natural to you.
Trying to create something new in your life and finding fear or self-doubt getting in the way.
Or perhaps you can't quite explain what's going on yet.
That's okay too.
Your life doesn't have to follow somebody else's beat.
There are moments when we need advice. And there are other moments when we've heard so many opinions, expectations and versions of what we should do that what we really need is somewhere quiet enough to hear our own voice again.
Find Your Rhythm is that space.
Come as you are.
We'll start there.
Sessions available online, some locations periodically.
