**Terms and Conditions for Sound Healing Event**

 

Welcome to our Sound Healing Event. By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

### **Health Disclaimer**

1. **Participant Responsibility**

By attending this event, you confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in a sound healing session. It is your responsibility to consult with your healthcare provider before attending, especially if you have any underlying medical conditions or concerns.

 

2. **Medical Conditions**

You affirm that you do not currently have any of the following medical conditions:

- **Ménière’s Disease** or any severe balance or inner ear disorders.

- Pregnancy during the **first trimester**.

- Implanted **pacemakers** or other electronic medical devices.

- Ongoing **cancer treatment** (e.g., chemotherapy or radiation therapy).

 

If you are unsure whether this event is suitable for you, please consult your physician prior to attending. Participation is at your own risk.

 

### **Event Participation**

1. **General Guidelines**

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event start time. Late arrivals may disrupt the session and may not be accommodated.

- Participants are expected to follow the facilitator’s instructions to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone in attendance.

 

2. **Assumption of Risk**

By attending this event, you acknowledge and assume any risks associated with participating in a sound healing session. The organizers and facilitators are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or adverse effects that may arise during or after the event.

 

### **Refund and Ticket Policy**

1. **Refund Policy**

- Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least **seven (7) days prior** to the scheduled event date.

- Refund requests submitted less than seven days before the event will not be honored.

 

2. **Non-Transferable Tickets**

- Tickets purchased for this event are strictly **non-transferable**. Only the individual named on the ticket will be allowed entry.

 

3. **Event Changes or Cancellations**

- The organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
