2. Event Tickets and Bookings

  • Ticket Purchases: When you purchase tickets for a sound bath event, you agree to pay the full price for the tickets as stated on the Site at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment: Payments for tickets can be made through the payment methods available on our Site, which may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other accepted payment providers. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that the information is accurate and complete.

  • Confirmation: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. This email will serve as your ticket to the event.

  • Event Changes and Cancellations: We reserve the right to make changes to scheduled events, including rescheduling or canceling an event. If we cancel an event, we will provide a full refund of the ticket price. If an event is rescheduled, we will notify ticket holders and allow them to either attend the rescheduled event or request a refund.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and event materials, is protected by copyright and trademark laws and is owned by or licensed to Sonia Russ Sounds. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any of our content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonia Russ Sounds is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by you or any third party arising from:

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Event Cancellations: If we cancel an event, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

  • Refunds for Customer Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your ticket, please refer to the specific cancellation policy for the event. If allowed, cancellations made at least [insert number of days] before the event may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be refunded, but you can contact us to inquire about transferring your ticket to another event date.
