I I am a Sacred Sound Healer, bodyworker and medicine woman based in South and West Wales, working with vibration, frequency, touch and the rhythms of nature to create space for connection, reflection and wellbeing.
With almost two decades of experience working with trauma, people and communities, I bring a grounded, trauma-informed approach to everything I offer.
Through Soniarus Sounds, I offer therapeutic sound journeys, bodywork and nature-based ceremony, creating supportive spaces for people to slow down, listen inward and reconnect with themselves.
My work also extends beyond sound through Find Your Rhythm, a reflective, person-centred approach exploring the patterns, beliefs and experiences that shape how we move through the world.
At the heart of everything I offer is a simple belief: that when we create space to listen, to ourselves, our bodies and the world around us, we begin to recognise what we need.
