Sacred Sound Journey at Lammas Community Hub

Join us for an evening of deep rest, relaxation, and reconnection through the healing power of sound. Held in the beautiful surroundings of Lammas Community Hub, this Sacred Sound Journey offers a nurturing space to slow down, settle the nervous system, and experience the restorative effects of vibration, resonance, and intentional listening.

Facilitated by Danielle of Soniarus Sounds, a trauma-informed multidisciplinary sound healing practitioner, alongside Nick, an arts and wellbeing practitioner and musician, this session weaves together therapeutic sound, presence, and gentle community connection.

Using a range of instruments including singing bowls, gongs, drum, and other resonant sound tools, participants are invited to simply lie back, rest, and receive.

During the journey, you are welcome to lie down and relax into the sounds, but seating is also available for anyone who finds lying on the floor uncomfortable or prefers to be seated. Your…
