As we step into the vibrant energy of spring, it's the perfect time to nurture ourselves, reconnect, and replenish our well-being. This 3-hour workshop is specially designed for those who care for others—NHS workers, Mums and carers—who often put the needs of others before their own. This is your chance to slow down, heal, and honour the incredible work you do. This event is open to anyone that cares for others before their own needs.
We will gather in Llanblethian Church Hall, to create an intimate and restful experience. With only 11 spaces available, this workshop provides an exclusive and supportive environment where you can truly focus on yourself and reconnect.
