Each session focuses on an element, Earth, Fire, Water, Air, or Ether, and explores the simple teachings it offers about life, growth, and presence. You’ll have the opportunity to interact with the element in small, meaningful ways, then rest and receive through the sound journey. No experience is needed just bring yourself and curiosity.
