Air & Sound Ceremony - Listening & Letting Go

A Sound Ceremony is a gentle, guided journey using vibration and sound to help you release what no longer serves you and invite in what you need. Each session focuses on an element, Earth, Fire, Water, Air or Ether, and explores the simple teachings it offers about life, growth and presence. You’ll have the opportunity to interact with the element in small, meaningful ways, before resting and receiving through the sound journey. No experience is needed, just bring yourself and your curiosity.

Air teaches us about breath, movement and letting go. As we move into Autumn, the natural world begins its own process of release, leaves loosen from their branches, seeds are carried on the wind, and the season invites us to notice what we are ready to put down.
